Andy Williams must have been, like, right in front of you when he scored.

I got a media pass from Matchnight Soccer News so I get on the field for every game. I do miss being in the Loyalist section tho... it is a bittersweet feeling to be down there... oh well I have had worse choices in life!

Yes I was right in front of Williams taking the shot but I still need practice on my timing... I missed that shot...
I have been shooting with film all along, but that is very expensive. I will be shooting digital starting with the Chicago Fire match so I will take more shots. and hopefully this will cure my hesitation to take a shot because I don't want to waste film

If you ever feel like you wanna be with the loyalist again, any time soon, Kare (me) can use your pass without a problem! LOL!

Great pics

I like the pics of Eddie Pope swarming Andy "White Shoes" Williams after the goal. Eddie looks like a secret service agent protecting the President after the celebration. He was also in the pic in what I assume is the celebration after the Trembly goal. Now that is a team leader, RSL pulled a genius move by bringing him in. He adds instant class and leadership to the organization. Him and Kreis are invaluable to the future of this organization. Excellent role models to base future teams on.

Ok, I need a soccer question answered.

What exactly qualifies as a shot on goal? It sure seemed like the goats had a few last night, but the reports say there were 0.

There are shots and then there are shots on goal. Shots on goal actualy have to have a chance of going in the net to be counted as such. Since none of their shots actually had a chance of going in the net, they had zero shots on goal. Does that help or make it more confusing?

So even the shot that hit the post doesnโ€™t count as a shot on goal, because that was pretty close to going in.

No, it doesn't count. For it to count, it would have to have gone in. Close doesn't count. ๐Ÿ˜‰
