A Plea For Help: Tailgating, June 4th

So apparently I was brain dead and completely misunderstood our plans for the tailgate this weekend. I was under the impression that it was a bring-your-own-food event for everyone and we would be supporting it by providing grills and such. In actuality it turns out that we are going to provide food for the Loyalists as usual and just the Sammies are bringing their own food. I have a schedule conflict which prevents me from organizing the food aspects of the tailgate this weekend. So I need volunteers.

1) I need someone who would be willing to purchase all necessary food items and bring them to the tailgate.

2) I need someone to head up the cooking effort and organize additional hands as needed.

3) I need someone to champion the cleanup effort at the conclusion of the festivities in time for everyone to get to their seats.

Any volunteers? I realize it's late notice but I just realized the miscommunication late last night.

thx.

I'll volunteer to help with clean up. I won't volunteer to be in charge but I'll do my share. 🙂

I'll be there early to help set up.

I guess I could bring stuff if I knew what to bring. I have a haircut appointment at 1230pm in the 4500 South area but I could pick up stuff before.

After my haircut I can head straight up to the stadium. I don't have a parking permit though.

I don't have alot of room in my Neon once I get the flags in there but I could still get some stuff.

Let me know.

I'm not dropping the kids off to babysitters until 2:30, so I'll probably get there at 3:30. I'll help how I can after I get there, but that isnt' much help to you since you need some dedicated help for the whole time, especially at the beginning.

I won't be able to be there until about 3:30. Perhaps I can help with the clean-up too. What time do we start doing the clean-up part?

Also, I was planning on bringing some guests - upwards of 10-15 people. Aren't we expecting a few hundred? Take away Sam's Army and that's still a lot of food to buy. Do the $1.50 donations cover it all?

I could help with the food, but I don't have a parking permit. I can be there at 2.
