Just a reminder cos our numbers were down a little for the last RSL match at Iggy's
Maybe it was because we didn't start a thread for it... so I am starting one this time...

OK So... who is going?

RSL @ LA Galaxy
Broadcast starts at 8pm (MST) @ Iggy's Downtown.
Show up early for the best seats.

Of course, as always, I'll be there. And probably bringing a few people with me.

Aerick · 06-10-2005, 11:52 AM

I want to, but I think my wife needs a break from my RSL soccer fetish of late. I'll just be watching it from home with the family. Perhaps the next away game...

Remus · 06-10-2005, 11:55 AM

I'm in the same boat as Aerick. The last game put me over the limit, but I glad I didn't miss it.... 3-2 baby.

clarette · 06-10-2005, 11:57 AM

If I have some great urge to drive to Salt Lake a second time tomorrow, I might show up, but I have another 5K in the morning and stuff, so I wouldn't count on me.

Yes you did announce it in the newsletter... but our numbers were down by half at the last RSL match at Iggy's.

It was announced in the newsletter prior to that week as well and the only difference was that we did not start a thread about it on here.

I was just seeing if the fact that a thread about it gets it to people that don't actually get and/or read the fine newsletter that you and Montgjules publish.
Thats all...

Not trying to put anyone out of a job or step on any toes. Just wanted to get the word out...

:D

I'll be there, absolutely!

The newsletter goes out to paid Loyalists, and many of the people on this board don't fit that category. So you'll certainly get better publicity on the forum. The newsletter isn't the "Get People to Go To Iggy's" Newsletter. It's the current news and announcements for the Loyalists and serves a different purpose, so by all means, announce Iggy's wherever you want.

I think I will be there with my wife. I will be there at least.
