Maybe I was just too old and jaded when the N*Sync and the Backstreet Boys came onto the scene, but I've never really followed them, or any boy band for that matter. Still, I listened to samples of the BSB's new CD on Amazon, and it kind of sounded like the same old stuff, but *swallows pride* I actually did like "Incomplete." Enough to download it from Napster (the legal way 😉 ).

I've never used iTunes, so I can't really compare. I just have Napster Lite (intentional misspelling), which is basically the same thing as the full Napster except you don't get the full song previews (just 30 second clips instead). Still, you don't have to pay a monthly fee. I don't download that often, and when I do it is usually only one or two songs, so I don't think the $10 a month is worth it just to be able to hear the full song before buying it. The per song charge is 99 cents, which is pretty standard from what I've seen. Wal-mart has their downloads for less (88 cents), but I found out when my computer crashed that you can't just re-synch the songs you download from them. I lost all my downloads from them and had to download them over again from Napster. The Napster songs, however, very easily re-downloaded for no extra charge. I might give iTunes a try if I get an iPod (my 6 month old mp3 player died...complete hard drive failure :signbaa: ). But that doesn't really help you in comparing...

Anyway, sorry for the long winded-ness. 🙄

I’m thinking of getting an iPod really soon, I can’t wait! I think iTunes is 99 cents a download, so that does seem pretty standard.

I'm either getting an iPod or a Dell Digital Jukebox. The Dell is less expensive and from what I've heard is a really good little machine, but the iPod just looks so cool! Of course, I sort of need the money to pay for an mp3 before I can chose. On the bright side, it gives me more time to decide. On the bad side, I have no music to listen to on the 12 hour drive to Salt Lake on Monday. Maybe I can steal my brothers mp3 for a bit...

Ok girls, me and Tay have been talking (oh noooo). So I know that most of us are going to be at the Chivas game on August 6 and I for sure want a group pic; you’re my girls afterall. But there’s that team picture thing after the game too. We thought it would be fun to try and get group pics of all the girls with our favorite players (I’m sure you can guess the top 3 or 4 😉).

So who’s going to be at the game? I want a head count so we don’t miss anyone. Even if you can’t stay after for the team pics maybe we can do a halftime pic of just the girls.
