I think people should start saving the remains of their shredded documents in big plastic bags so we can have lots of confetti at the first game, for our first goal. That is, assuming we HAVE a first goal at the first game.... 😉

Here we can rent a helium tank for up to 800 balloons for $52.00

Right here in Salt Lake! Alot cheaper than having someone do it for us...

Make our own balloons? Red, Blue & Gold... WoooooooooHooooooooo!

We would need some sort of canvas to keep the balloons under until we set them afloat.

I was thinking if we made a giant flag we could hide all the balloons under it and then let 'em go for kickoff or something

I like this quote by Arjen Robben:

"While you are still in a competition, you have to think you are capable of winning, otherwise what is the point?"

You know what? I totally understand your point of view. I just have a separation in my head about where you predict a team and how much you cheer for them. In other words, one doesn't affect the other, for me. I could predict my favorite team to lose all their games and still not only cheer for them to win every game, but even believe they could win every game.

I understand and respect your viewpoint. The important thing is that we're both supporting our team as much as we can, right?

Hey everyone, just wanted to let you all know that I´m posting right now from Valparaiso Chile!

I´ve been down here since Friday and I´m going to leave tomorrow night. I´m down here picking up my two kids and bringing them back for Christmas and getting some sun at the same time. I just needed to rub it in, today the temps were in the high 70´s. I spent an hour or two at the pool working on my tan, although thats a lost cause since pasty white doesn´t tan up with just a couple of hours in the sun.

I had to catch up though on RSL and the Loyalists.

I haven´t been able to watch much soccer though on the TV. I did catch some highlights of the Argentine league. Newell´s Old Boys won the championship! Best name around by far, well, after RSL that is.

Giddy up.
