New Content Management System

[Neil]

Well, although it's not completely ready I thought I would go ahead and let the CMS go live. It's about time we got some news on this site and this seemed like a good way to do it. At least it would make it easy for users to comment on stories without signing up for different accounts, and is generally easy to maintain.

I need to finish the navbar stuff that I'm working on, but I didn't want that to stop the flow of news. We should have a story or two up by the end of the day, and maybe if you ask nicely we can get start getting "Observation by the Czar" back out of Jake.

The new CMS is on http://www.realsaltlake.org and will grow and adjust as I implement new features, and generally clean up the look. Let me know if you have any input. And if you hate the way it looks I can always go to something else, so let me know that too. As a matter of fact, I think I'll make that the first poll.
