I wish Glenn would just get online and tell people so we could have some discussion. :D

Well...that doesn't rule out Beckham or Pele, then. Or Hasselhoff for that matter.

This is not specifically on topic of "who are the new players", but why are we concentrating only on defense?
I think our midfield is quite possibly the worse in MLS (worse than Chivas IMHO).

well there is a hole in our defense just ask DJ... he will be the first to tell you that he has far too many saves per game...

I agree. Our defense has problems too. But look at our midfield last week. Mathis, Kreis and Cutler with Williams as a-mid. Cutler is a rookie and only Williams is playing his normal position.
We don't even have a midfield!

Current chatter on MLSnet and of course BS seem to indicate that the Revs released their 2 players (Brilliant and Cassio) in order to make room fro Dallas's Jolley. Dallas has been trying to sign English player Mark Wilson but cannot because they are at/above the cap. The idea is that the Revs could sign up Jolley and thus allow Wilson to sign. Jolley hasn't been at practice at all this week fueling rumors of his future departure.
Where he goes is still up in the air, but the Revs connection sounds logical. Who can RSL get? Who do we want? Time is ticking.

MLSNet.com says that we also waived Noah Palmer.
Is he still hurt? Or did Chad Sackett nail down that 3rd keeper spot? Forget about Ryan Suarez & Gustavo Cabrera....now we can sign Jorge Estrada! Like he'd do worse than Leighton O'Brien.
