Well it didn't turn out well. But I didn't loose my cool, my neighbor did.
So I still run into the "evil" neighbor next door, but at least he stopped making all the noise and my kids can sleep. Plus I have the added satisfaction that he blew up and I didn't.

Hard to change the past now, but at least you had the guts to go talk to them for your kids sake.

West Valley City cops have all those dangerous bingo parlors they have to bust.

But in their defense, WVC's city workers do take out graffiti pretty fast after you call on it.

If you call WVC about graffiti, it's usually gone in a day or 2.

Forget about calling the county about graffiti in Kearns. I think that the county sends out guys to paint even more graffiti if you call them to report graffiti.

He's still somewhat animated, and very opinionated, but he's cool. I like him. He's actually somewhat quiet and reserved at church, until you start talking to him - then he opens up more.
