The irony is that they didn't do anything differently. It's the same old game plan that hasn't worked on anyone else. The rest of the league will thank us for giving cheetos hope that they can win this way.

Next up, they get a seriously annoyed Galaxy team.

And yes, the Galaxy will be the home team. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Good point. So then, who do I vote for MOTM?

You know what I just thought of that might make our defense better in the absence of Dunseth and Pope?

Instead of us playing actively on the field, we line up the 4 defenders on the goal line to act as a partial human wall with DJ playing just in front of them. I bet the score would only been 3-1 instead. However, they may want to cover themselves, as I'm sure there would be more shots on goal with that setup.

Maybe we go with the two keeper system. Put Nolly on the right and DJ on the left.

So what if it's not allowed in the Laws of the Game? See if anyone notices.

Maybe they'll feel bad for us and actually let us do it ๐Ÿ˜›

You know, ordinarily I am annoyed by our tv broadcast when they put up the enemy as man of the match, but I just couldn't argue with them last night.

I'd hate to be one of the defenders this next week. I bet they're all going to be reduced to tears as Ellinger and staff breakdown the tape from this game. The whole 90 minutes will be something like this:

Coach E: "What the ***** was that?!!!?"
Coach E: "How in the **** did the ball get through there??!?!"
Coach E: "What were you doing there??? Daydreaming???"
Coach E: "You look like you shouldn't be starting on an 10-year old girl team based on that play!!!"

Etc., Etc., Etc...
