Figo leaves Real Madrid Signs with Inter Milan

Figo is third player to make switch

Inter have made a lot of moves, but is it enough to overcome AC Milan and Juve?

Too bad MLS couldn't pay Figo $4.4 million...

If the past is any indication at all, then . . . no.

Isn't Inter to Milan much like Everton is to Liverpool?

Yep, very much so. The Milan derby is a very big deal in Serie A, to say the least.

I'd say Inter has a stronger case as an equal to Milan over the years. Milan has obviously been more successful lately--say, the last 15 years--but Inter has quite a history too. Inter has won the Champion's League (or what is now called the Champion's League). And any Nerazzuri will remind you that, unlike Milan, Inter has never been relegated.

For my money, Milan-Inter is the best derby in the world. Sure, Boca-River is close, but I'd put the Milan Derby in first place.

I will defer to your knowledge, although Chelsea - Arsenal could develop rather well.
