Stuff nobody cares about...

I'm bored, it's late and I'm not sleepy...
so, I decided, I was gonna start this thread and ask...
what do you know about the players, that it's not important to know, but that u know anyway... things like
what players speak other languages (like Spanish, English, French, German...)?

U know, stuff nobody cares about...
Hopefully somebody will post something>!

πŸ˜‰ hmmm.. where to start

DJ, Seth and Nelson argue like brothers ... DJ is very close to his family, especially his sister. I think he talks to her every day. Nelly is the nicest guy you will ever meet. Seth is a goof ... plays the guitar ... sings ... pretty good. They make up crazy lyrics all the time. Probably way too much info ... but inquiring minds want to know... 😘

And from my one experience with Seth, he is intelligent and a bit of a smart..uhhh... aleck.

There's a rumor that Eddie Pope smiled once.

I think that if Jamie was offered a position on the FC Dallas squad, he'd jump ship so fast that our heads would spin. But that's just my theory based on where his family lives.

DJ has a huge heart. But that's no secret. So does Brian Kamler.

People think that Tiger took his wife's name when they got married becuase Fitzpatrick sounds Irish and she looks more Irish than he does. I hope she doesn't mind me saying that.

I could just be imagining things, but in the picture I got with Pope, Lookingland, and Benchke it looked like Pope may have had a slight upturn to his lip. Its not a smile, but it's close enough for me.

I'm not sure about Jamie jumping ship. Its possible of course, but, if it were me, I wouldn't want to leave Salt Lake. I'm going with what I would do in that situation because I've only met the guy once and that was for the pictures after the game on Saturday. I'm good a sizing people up, but I'm not that good!

At the FC Dallas game, I met Jamie's parents and talked to them for a bit. At one point I said to Jamie's dad, "The real question is, would Jamie rather play for Salt Lake or Dallas?" Jamie looked a little embarrassed and hesitated so I took that as, "The Salt Lake fans shouldn't know I feel that way...." and Jamie's dad said something like, "Today, Salt Lake." I think. I couldn't hear him very well with the stadium noise! Maybe I'm misinterpreting Jamie's reaction, but he looked very much "on the spot." ha ha... I love him! I hope he stays in Utah for a loooong time!

I guess I can't blame him for wanting to play for his hometown club if the opportunity arose, especially if he grew up following the team. I hope we don't have to worry about that any time soon, though.
