DJ's Dream Keeper Golf Tourney Postponed

DJ's Dream Keeper Foundation has postponed the golf tournament to Monday September 12th.

The tournament which was a fundraising event was originally scheduled for Monday August 15th.

Please update your calendars to include this new date and tell all of your friends.

Thanks Deuce. I'm wondering why the people who volunteered for it haven't been told yet 🙄

I talked with Jamie Barton about it the other day. Apparently someone else purchased the domain name. GoDaddy.com shows that Ryan Potter of SLC purchased the domain name on 6/14/05 (after DJs announcement of the foundation and website). I don't know the whole story or if the FO has contacted Ryan about the domain name. I hope that Ryan wasn't purchasing the name in hopes making a little money.

I'm thinking that wasn't a very classy move by this "Ryan Potter".

Did it give his address?

Not that I want it for any particular reason and that bucket of sidewalk chalk in the trunk of my car is only for my kids. :whistling

I sent Ryan an email today asking him about his "role" with the foundation. We'll see if I get any response.

Ryan responded that a friend of his is working on the marketing and Ryan simply registered the url for his friend. I'm still trying to find out more.

I hope we don't have to start a "Ryan Potter is a schmuck" thread!

That will be loads of fun but let us hope that all ppl involved are and will do the right thing!
