This location (Gateway)was suggested early on...but nothing has been heard since and the SLC counsel has not been given an amount necessary to purchase said property, unlike the Gastronomy or the Holding properties. Not to say there is not something going on in the background, but the Gateway property appears to either be a non-starter or been rejected.

Or Dave's going to finance the whole thing himself. I'll say again: I think it will end up being somewhere between 3rd & 6th West, and 4th and 8th South. More to the south of Gateway, but there are some blocks in there that wouldn't take much to buy and clear.

Notice that in the articles mentioned, everyone quoted says something like, "They haven't talked to us, so I don't know." Even Sandy says that, though they're the ones that are "most optimistic." The ONLY person that Dave has spoken to was Rocky. Those are the lines I'm reading between.
