OK, I've never been much of a "fantasy" game player online or anywhere else. In fact, the first time I ever did any type of fantasy sport was with soccer this season from the MLS site. It's been allright, but not too much fun. It's mostly all about making money and getting the highest paid players.

HOWEVER, I checked out http://www.xperteleven.com at the behest of some of the people on these forums that play it, and was I BLOWN AWAY!! Talk about fun!!! I haven't started my first season yet, but the depth and complexity of the game has me intrigued to the MAX!!! If you like soccer at all, and are even a bit curious about online "fantasy" games, or enjoy the thought of managing a soccer team that plays against the teams of friends and fellow RSL supporters - this is the game for you!!!!

Best of all. It's FREE!!!

So come check it out. We've already got 20 teams signed up for this next season, and want to try and get to at least 28. But hurry, I believe the deadline to sign up is this Saturday. PM me with any questions, or post here.

I don't know if my endorsment means anything, or if it can be as well said as Aerick's but, if you want to try a fantasy soccer site out, this is the one. It is free, it doesn't have annoying pop-up ads, it doesn't send you a bunch of bogus e-mails, and it is fun. Basically its pretty great. It doesn't hurt that in the first season I won the League Cup, but hey, what can you do.

Come and see and try and get hooked.

I tried hair replacement... that didn't take me to anything soccer related. So, I suggest trying mortgage.

Looks like the actual deadline is Sept. 1st. So there's still time to sign up. I'm really stoked about this, and I think it would be totally cool to have the 28 teams that the league admin has mentioned earlier. If we get 28 teams, then all the 14 newcomers (including myself and we already have 7, plus Dysko is 8) will be in two "Newcomer" divisions, followed by a Division 1 (at the top) and Division 2 (next to the top), thereby having 4 divisions - two for relegation. Awesome!!! Try this link to begin the sign-up process: http://www.xperteleven.com/?lid=27674. That should get you to the page of our league, so that when you get an account (free) it should automatically present you with the chance to join the "RSL Supporters League". If not, use league ID 27674 when searching for leagues, and that will set you up with us.
