I got the impression that Regent Street was a possible location for the Olympic thing, not the RSL stadium.
The syntax is a little unclear, but they do seem to be suggesting two separate things in that sentence. | |||||

Regent Street is also an intermittent street, meaning it pops up again in the same east-west location but different north-south locations; presumably they are talking "real" downtown, but they might be talking "Rocky downtown", which could be out as far as Franklin Covey or farther. The Olympic Center discussion implies that it would close to the malls, probably at 1st South where the parking garages are? :eyebrow:
