Jazz at Bulls Predictions

Jazz visit the Bulls on Friday, Jan. 7.

My prediction:

Jazz 97
Bulls 94

Jazz get the rare win, and even more rare road win.

i predict the jazz by a single digit, but then again that could just be wishful thinking. the bulls are playing pretty well right now and the jazz are not. at all.

to jerry - playing four different point guards per game doesn't do much to encourage chemistry especially when one of them is howard eisley. arroyo is the guy, if you don't want him anymore for personal reasons at least showcase him now so you can shop him around.

Brad welcome to the Jazz prediction league. What we do is predict the score of each game and whoever gets the closest wins rep from everyone else. So if you predict the correct team and get closest on points, you win. So let's hear your actual points prediction!

Also, I hear you about the guard situation. Last game he played two 1 guards at a time, and that was an interesting look that actually might work out. One thing I must impress upon Jerry - GET RID OF BORCHARDT PLEASE. Ruffin sucked ass but he was WAY better than Borchardt. Anyway, welcome Brad

I agree Arroyo is the guy!
Actually the guy that should be traded.
I don't know if any of you noticed but it was about the same time that he came back in the lineup that the Jazz started losing regularly. Add to that Andre getting injured a week or two later then the Jazz go on the skids... I can't remember the last time they won. Oh well, wait a minute... I think it was the last time I got rep for picking correctly...
[pause for effect] [wind machine!] [queue the tumbleweed!]
It is all like a bad movie...

Dump Arroyo! He may not be the actual cause of the unrest in the lineup but he might be the catalyst...

When does AK47 return?

Andrei will return in 60-90 days 😉

When he first got injured they said 10 days. The next day they said a month. A month later, at the Kings game, Andrei himself said 10 days. Wednesday night KFAN said 2-3 weeks. So who knows.

I'm not convinced we should dump Arroyo just yet. (Borchardt yes :D ) Arroyo is coming off an injury and only in the last couple games has shown flashes of his last year/olympic brilliance, but those flashes have been there. Lopez looked GREAT against Philly but for some reason he didn't get much time. I agree Eisley sucks (unless you like guards that dribble around for 22 seconds and then throw up ill-advised shots). McLeod has not had it lately either. I say go with Lopez and sub in Arroyo until he is back to his old self. Okur is great on offense but sucks on defense. Boozer is pulling his weight. Giricek needs more playing time as the only one who can shoot besides Okur. Bell unfortunately is also injured. Harpring has problems. All he does is force everything which leads to turnovers and lots of misses. He gets to the line occasionally but that's it, he has no finesse, he just forces everything.

Bottom line: Get rid of Borchardt, Eisley, and maybe Harpring. Get Andrei and Raja healthy and we MIGHT be able to turn this thing around.

Eisley was only brought in to help when Arroyo and Lopez were hurt. Now, they can't find one to stick with because of inconsistent play. What a mess.

I love Harpring. He hustles, he rebounds, he plays decent defense. I wouldn't want to trade him without getting something big in return. But I agree that the Jazz need to do something!!!!! Anything for a W please!!!!!!!!!

I started a sports blog the other day on blogger.com and think I will do a Jazz related article. 🙂

Jazz lose another in a real shoot-out. 🙄

Looks like Colinkun wins again, rep him!
