I wanted to thank everyone for their suggestions, I tool clarette's suggestion of the University Guest House.

Now for questions about the game:

When does Will Call open?

What's the temperature/weather expected to be like Wednesday night?

Any problem bringing a backpack into RES?

Campus forecast is calling for a high of 66 and a low of 39 for Wednesday.

I'm busting out the puffy coat and beanie.

I think Will Call opens around... umm... 5:00 maybe? Call the FO and ask. I think it's 866-9-soccer or maybe it's 877... anyway...

Backpacks are fine, but will be searched.

Haven't you ever heard of weather.com? What are we? your little slaves??

You are asking about the weather on the 12th right? Only a CRapids fan would believe a 10 day forecast. :ummm:

Thus the reason I didn't go to weather.com. I figured locals would, oh I don't know, have some local sense of what the weather is likely to be like. πŸ˜‰

Thanks for the help gang. And Juliana, I won't need a wool coat. Until 2 years ago I had spent my life in the Seattle area, those temperatures are about what I expect for this time of yer, though I expect rain along with them. πŸ˜‰

Who is this Juliana you speak of? πŸ˜‰ Just kidding....

Here is what a local can tell you about Utah weather: snowing one minute, 90 degrees the next, hailstorm a few minutes later. Okay, usually not THAT dramatic, but I have seen a lot of unexpected weather turnarounds so I would never make any kind of prediction. Especially 10 days out. But it ought to be slightly chilly, but not uncomfortably so unless the wind picks up. Bring a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt that isn't too bulky so you can store it away when it isn't needed. Sunscreen should be completely optional, especially since it'll be approaching darkness by then.

What time are you planning to show up to RES? If you show up anytime before 6:30, I imagine the will-call shouldn't be too long of a line. If you join the Loyalists and swear allegiance to Jason Kreis forever, I'll mail you my Loyalists parking pass. ha ha πŸ˜‰

Hey C10... don't forget your beer-storm ponchos!

Those unexpected beer showers are a pain... especially in October!
But keep in mind that it will probably be domestic beer... but none from Colorado crap... colorado beer smells like pee!

Aww, come on. I loved being sprayed with a little beer. It doesn't smell like pee, it adds a nice fresh scent.

Now you can't tell me that you guys enjoyed that beer shower....
Anyway i am not saying that they will be showered with beer I am just saying take a lesson from the boy scouts and Be Prepared!

besides I was only joking.
We would never, ever stoop to showering ppl with beer on this side of the Rockies...

1) We respect other fan groups and welcome them to our fine city
2) Beer is too expensive
3) we would not waste Good Beer on cRapids.
