yea, its not a bad spot. walking distance from pubs and entertainment. its on the south outskirts of downtown. not bad, but not great either. of course we would have to destroy a couple downtown malls for my perfect place

This is the place I thought originally might be a possibility. The site between 4 + 5th seemed too pricey.

This site makes the 9th South exit a great alternative too. Wasn't there mention of parking? The powers are listening to you.

speculation:
Is anyone else making the Grand America Hotel and the Grand ReAL Stadium connection? It's just a block away. Maybe the naming rights are being negociated?

I thought about that too, it seems too obvious to just be a coincidence. Then again, the artist might have just thrown it in whilst thinking about what area the stadium would be in... it will be interesting to see.

I could see that as a way of keeping the price tag low for the public to pick up 🙂

plus Grand Real sounds better than Home Depot 🙄

Generally, I am opposed to corporations bosshogging the name of sporting venues. But Grand Real Stadium is subtle and appropriate. I really like it!

As long as they don't call Real Grand Stadium...
Cos ppl will call it ReeL Grand and that will just start an entirely new onslaught of what a stupid name threads over on BS.

🙄

Obviously the street names are not exactly right... but you get the idea!

Wow those are beautiful.
I need to add them to the Loyalist website. Sound cool Deuce?
What should I use as the source?

Man, someone hire me so I can move to Utah. (well after the preseason games...)
