2005 1st Round Draft Review

So here's the players that went in the 1st round of the 2005 MLS draft. With a bit of hind sight now, which ones were mistakes? Which ones have panned out well?

RSL - Nikolas Besagno
Chivas - Brad Guzan
Fire - Chad Barrett
San Jose - Danny O'Roarke
LA - Ugochukweu Ihemelu
FCD - Drew Moor
Rapids - Hunter Freeman
LA - Troy Roberts
NE - Michael Parkhurst
Fire - Jack Stewart
KC - Scott Sealy
NY - Tim Ward

I think Sealy's turned out ot be the best of the bunch so far. Although you've gotta give props to Guzan, too.

All have mostly performed well.

However, how can you say that Parkhurst isn't the clear favorite though?
He has played every minute for the #1 Revs as a starter.
He is the anchor for a 3 man backline that is the best defense in MLS.

Also, I think Tim Ward, Jack Stewart & Nikolas Besagno have contributed the least to their respective teams. They still might be very good (as we hope in Besagno's case) but their playing time hasn't showed us at all.

Didn't Ward actually get released?

Some diamonds in the rough from the 2005 draft are:
Seagares for the Fire
Riley for the Revs
Boswell for DC
