Say Another Prayer :)

Hey everyone, we've kind of been through thick and thin together this season in a lot of issues on and off the field. So I'm asking everyone for one more prayer on behalf of Jamie Watson's brother. You might have noticed Jamie was wearing a shirt yesterday that said something about his brother. When I asked him about it, he told us on that his brother is in a coma. His brother is only 21. I don't know the details. But everyone say a little prayer for him.

I believe Jamie has a brother with Cerebral Palsy.

My prayers are with him and his family.

That is a very difficult thing to go through. Having a brother that fell into a coma and eventually pass away earlier this year, I can sure sympathize. Things like that make you realize how petty and small everything else is. My prayers are with him and his family.

Brett is the brother that’s in the hospital and yes he’s the one with CP. I believe the coma he’s in is drug-induced because he’s on a ventilator (since Monday night) along with other complications. I was told he has pneumonia and he is still in critical condition, but some improvements have been made.

Thanks, "ReAl"... keep us updated if you hear anything more. When Jamie told me that on the field, I had just been having a fun time talking to Joe Cannon and other players and feeling all excited and then my heart just dropped and I felt like crying. My heart really goes out to the family and I hope things improve.
