I agree that ManU will never be run by supporters... mostly because Malcom Glazier owns it and wouldn't let a buch a yahoo's run a club he forced them to sell to him.

Can the Single Entity structure of MLS tolerate a Club or fan owned franchise?

RSL is "owned" by a lot of interlocking LLC's with their legally required boards and officers. But where are the fans? We need a Board of Control that at least can have an influence on the succession of management/ownership (I don't expect Checketts to be leaving soon) but governance guidance says there should always be some interested body to carry on.

Ther will be a lot of fan and non MLS facilities at the new stadium. Who will be in charge?
