At least Real has caught on enough that we probably won't have to change the name to something else five years from now. Personally I still think Wasatch Front SC was the best name ever. I think houston ought to be something like Lonestar Houston SC or something. Republic isn't bad though.

Train engineer hats for everyone at the first game against Choo Choo FC. We can walk past the team as they're filing out and "whistle" at them... oh the good times we'll have next season.... I really hope they go with that logo. It's too perfect for words.

You misunderstood my post I think. The Cherokee word for Raven is 'Colonneh' (in our alphabet). The Cherokee word they have on the shield (those three symbols toward the bottom) aren't even close.

Looking at it again, I suppose that that could be the Cherokee word in question, especially if the original English transcription was inaccurate.

Personally, I like the concept...it is cool and well thouth out, right down to the 17 ties on the railroad. The colors are pretty cool and I definately like that Houston is getting a team.
