Does anyone kknow when the Houston name and jersey will be announced?

News around here is that they will be announcing the team name on January 24th. Why on god's green earth they are waiting until then is beyond me. Nothing like drafting new players and saying oh yeah we don't have team colors or a name yet.

Good point. I'd think having the stuff ready for the press for the draft would help a lot. Maybe they met to but missed their deadllines?

I believe that Rob Stone said last Friday during the Jersey Unveiling that they would announce the name/colors for Houston on Wednesday, Jan. 25.

No, they've always said the announcement would be after the draft. Rumor has it that they won't even have the kits ready for the team and they'll be wearing their Quake kits and folks around here wonder why the players are upset with this whole thing.

Looks like the day/time has been set for the announcement. It will be on Jan. 25th at 2 p.m., cst. I'll keep you posted.

When my mother was pregnant with me they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later they discovered that I had reabsorbed the other fetus.
