The rumor I've heard is that Jamie will be suiting up for RSL this season, so there's no need to be selling off those season tickets yet.

This trade seems to resolve RSL's logjam of young forwards. I don't think anyone could see Watson and Tarley being on the same roster for long. Personally I wish they had dealt Tarley instead of Jamie (of course, I understand why - Jamie has more trade value and even KC isn't stupid enough to trade Klein for Tarley), but that's soccer. And looking back at what Watson cost us (2nd round pick, minor $) vs. what we sold him for (Klein), he was probably RSL's best "investment" of the year.

But now I wonder, who's going to be the sparkplug next season? If nothing else, you could count on Watson to run hard, raise hell with the other team's back line, and leave it all out on the field. Who's going to be that guy now?

And for the record, I will not be booing or throwing insults at Watson when KC comes to town. After giving his heart and soul on the field, in the community, and with the fans, he's earned at least that much respect from me.

Don't know... I am going on info from my source but since my source appears to be sh*t... and is fired...

My wife thought that Klein is cute. For an MLS player. He's certainly not up to Mexican League standards, but he'll do.

Of course, you boo & insult Watson when he comes back. We booed & insulted John Cairel.

If we don't boo Jamie & insult him, he'll think that we're ignoring him.

Like IBIK says, we have a lot of forwards. And even with Ballouchy, we still need help in the midfield. We need help that hasn't had some bad injury problems over the past few years; but we still need help.

You're damn right! He is not being traded and I certainly think someone's sources need to be checked out first before there is another feeding frenzy. Credibility has been lost to those who supposedly confirmed this.

Well my only crime was to take someone's word... so without saying who that someone is I will just say... doodoo occurs! My credibility may be somewhat tarnished but it is only a blog and you can bet your bottom dollar that the source that the info came from will not be used again.
