I heard from a good source that it WILL be our first player. Dysko might know who it is.

My guess: Keller. Rob Stone said there is an international keeper in colombus for the USMNT game wednesday. I bet he is also here to announce his new team REAL SALT LAKE!

As much as I loathe to use Rob Stone as an official source, considering this announcement is planned for the same day as the USMNT game in Columbus, Ohio, it has to be the announcement of some USMNT player to RSL. Or at least it better be!

BTW here is the USMNT lineup for Nov 17; according to Soccer America:

GOALKEEPERS -- Jon Busch (Columbus), Joe Cannon (Colorado), Matt Reis (New England), Kasey Keller (Tottenham).

DEFENDERS -- Ryan Suarez (Los Angeles), Jonathan Spector (Manchester City), Dan Califf (Los Angeles), Chris Albright (Los Angeles), Oguchi Oneywu (Standard Liege).

MIDFIELDERS -- Pablo Mastroeni (Colorado), Bobby Convey (Reading), Brian Mullan (San Jose), Clint Dempsey (New England), Steve Ralston (New England), Ramiro Corrales (San Jose), Ricardo Clark (MetroStars), Landon Donovan (San Jose), Kyle Martino (Columbus).

Is this announcement official now? If so, what time and where will it be broadcast? On MLSNet.com I assume? If anybody has info on this, post it!
