Number 9 (the orange shirt, white shorts and blue socks) looks like he could have played for Brighton High School - except our jerseys were much cooler than the one he's wearing.

are they supposed to be Navy Blue or Royal Blue?

In the pictures posterd here thay are more royal blue to me, but the pictures in the official US shop shows them a more NAvy blue.

I like the royal blue more. but hey! thats just an opinion of a drunk who is borderline autistic!

there hasn't been a single person that i have showed them to that HASN'T liked them. the best part is that we have something DIFFERENT!!!! Notice that no one else has the same one!!!! The sock is cool too, it just adds variety that we have needed for so dang long. I don't know about you all, er i guess i do, but i am totally buying one. LOVE THEM! We have waited years for variety and now we have it!!

I like them. I like the idea of the stripe on the sock, but Beasley can't even get his sock straight. So we're going to have 11 players with their socks configured differently. Oh well.

According to US Soccer http://www.ussoccer.com/articles/viewArticle.jsp_280722.html

The white of the home jersey backs a double obsidian blue and brick house red stripe that runs down the left side, disappearing into the blue short and re-appearing for the length of the white sock.

The away kit is a modern-day retro jersey, hearkening back to the original Nike uniform designed for the U.S. Men's National Team back in 1995 and worn for two years. The uniform features a deep obsidian blue jersey, with a rich brick house red horizontal stripe across the chest bordered on either side by clean white stripes. The number breaks up the stripe in the center of the chest, and a prominent U.S. Soccer logo is on the left chest. It is designed to be worn with white shorts and obsidian blue socks.
