RSL Fans in Utah County

I am thinking about going to Bleachers Sports Grill in Provo (just across Univ. Pkwy from Movies 8) to see if they might be interested in purchasing Direct Kick for us Utah County RSL fans so we don't have to drive all the way up to Iggy's. Before I do so, I would like to know just how many Utah County RSL fans exist and how many might attend away game parties and buy food at Bleachers if they were to provide us with a venue. Please post here and let me know. I'm sure it would be a much easier proposition if I could go to Bleachers and tell the owners that I could guarantee at least <insert number here> people per game for only $69.95 for the whole season... 👍

I know of two or three who would probably be interested, but I can't guarantee they'd attend... It's likely that they'd show up at least half the time, though, I think.

Provo would be nice. I'd probably go to several. My 2 brothers would likely be good for most games. I'm sure if you build it, people will come. There are so many soccer freaks in the UC.

A friend of mine who is working on opening a cafe in Provo, with a big screen tv room and such, said he wants to make it a tradition to show all RSL games there. If that place got opened up do you think you UC-ers would go there to see the games?

..okay I can't keep this up. It's actually a friend and myself who are thinking about opening a cafe. We'd have direct kick for sure..

I hope it goes well if take the plunge.

I can't blame you for wanting to ditch the drive just to watch the game on TV. The miles and the time adds up.

Proposed timeline? If we give this whole season to Bleachers, then we could have future seasons at your place. Of course, if you're going to be in place for this season, then let me know. No need to go bother the folks at Bleachers...

Yeah the earliest we would be up and running would be near the end of the season, so go with Bleachers, they are nice guys down there. I was just wondering if people would be interested for future seasons.

Would you be offering more than just MLS? If you offered Argentine, Mexican, European, and other regions/competitions of football, you might be able to attract more food-eaters...

We'd definitely have GolTV and FSC, and whatever else we could get our hands on or there was a lot of demand for. But like I say, we are still very early in the planning stages... I will update you UC crew as or if it progresses further.
