My money is on ReAl's list.
He is right on, I believe.
Sorry Serg, Luke and Scarlett.

Actually ReAl picks Scarlett to stay and Tarley, Flores, Lookinland, J. Besagno and Kreamelmeyer to go...

Luke K may be in the same boat as Tarley though. I would like to see him play without Mathis in his grille...

Sorry but I also believe Scarlett will go. I would just hate to see it.

Tarley has had plenty of chances to show his worth last season. I don't buy the Mathis factor anymore. He wasn't the only one Clint yelled at and now that Clint is gone, he still hasn't done anything in pre-season. With Cunningham, Kreis, Watson and Rowland at forward, Tarley is a logical cut.

I have a feeling that quite a few of the players that will be cut will be people we have never seen play in an RSL kit and I think it would be wild speculation to guess which of them will not make the team.
I can only go on what i have seen on the field and in some cases what other fans have said about the player.

For instance i have never seen Walsh play but he was waived by KC and his nickname from KC fans is Diego "I play like crap" Walsh... so based on that I would say it is safe to assume, unless he is an amazing player since November, he will probably not make the squad.
The rest of the hopefuls, I have not seen play or heard anything about them.

Of the players that were in RSL kit last year I tend to agree with his picks except Tarley and Flores. And I believe Scarlett will go as well.

Slight correction, I believe its Diego "I play like freaking crap" Walsh...
But I think he will get the spot over Scarlett at this point.

I'd be careful putting so much stock in the nicknames given by other teams' fans. If I had more time today, I'd post a list of every RSL player next to their derisive nicknames. (Hmmmmm.... weekend project?) If factoring hearsay & nicknames when making cuts, RSL would struggle to field 11.

That was just an example... I think Scarlett will get cut before Walsh.

All very true and I am sure Deuce well aware of that as well.
We know from reading the desNews articles that Ellinger is very impressed with Walsh's fitness, attitude and skills.
So maybe he will impress us (and the KC fans) this year.
We can hope.

Well....why would we get Walsh and then cut him? Doesnt make much sense to me, but then again.......LOL It will be good to have them all back here where we can see for ourselves.

GO SERG
