You missed one......"A Minor Miracle" starring Pele. It's about a Catholic orphanage in San Diego that's being closed for lack of funds. All the kids like to play soccer so the priest writes to Pele asking for help - he shows up, teaches the kids to play, and they have a huge fundraising match at the end. Not a bad movie, plenty of soccer and a good message.

shaolin soccer sucked. I am a HUGE fan of hong kong and asian cinema in general and I was hugely dissapointed in this film. especially after hearing how funny it is.

although most who told me how great it was are also young 20 year old kids I work with who smoke WAAAAAAY too much pot.

guess I know who not to take my film reviews from.

Mean Machine was palitable for me. The kind of movie I'd watch some saturday when I was nursing a bad hangover. Kinda like eating at Taco Bell.
