Wow. Now clubs and nations have a few good reasons to control their fans a little more...

Although some will disagree... I think this is a good thing.

FIFA can obviously be heavy-handed with these rules, but I hope that they will be reasonable and that any team that gives its best effort to severely limit racism at their games will not be punished.

Is FIFA going to quote Ezekiel 25:17 before they fine or relegate a club?

Here's a question?

Why hasn't "Mike Garrett Integration" taken place in Europe?

(Back in the 60's, the University of Southern California & their star running back Mike Garrett visited all white Alabama. Garrett scored 4 touchdowns. The next season, 'Bama's football team was integrated. Many Alabama fans still did not like blacks, but they liked having 4 touchdowns scored on them at home even less.)

With Bosman rules in effect, talented players could just sign up for whichever club pays the best and has fans that are aware that it's not the 17th century any more.

No matter how big a racist you are, you don't want your biggest stars going to your worst rival on free transfer after their contracts are up because their own fans made monkey noises & threw bananas.
