You are kidding me. RSL fall to Chivas? I'm having bad visions of last season swirling through my head.

I am officially not optimistic. (No, of course the preseason is meaningless. This is still humiliating.)

Doesn't that mean that we've dropped our last 2 or 3 matches? Not a good way to wrap up the pre-season...

I read somewhere (the source escapes me) that they did not rest for this match. They played on Friday and had a full practice on Saturday and played Sunday.

I believe it was Jeff Cunningham was quoted as saying that RSL is fit but was tired for this match.

If I am perpetuating a rumour, I apologize but that is what I heard.

So whatever happened to The Kings Of Preseason, the mid and late 90's San Jose Clash; who won the "Preseason Cup" the year they held it and who used to do pretty well in the preseason?
