I voted for "He will do sufficiently well to extend his contract another year".

I really hope the guy does well in his 2nd year. I hope the reason he sucked so horribly was a combination of exansion team talent (lack of it to be exact) and a bit of a learning curve getting into the league. I hope it was a matter of talent and rookie mistakes.

I really expect the team to do well at home this year. They play on turf and at altitude. That combo should be enough to keep visiting teams on their toes. That is until they tire more as the game wears on and don't react to the ball as well.

Do I sense a change of heart?

I didn't see the choice I would make so I will post it here.

Choice "D"
"With a tighter control over roster choices and team acquisitions, he will do incredibly well in his second season and silence all of his critics"

That is my vote!

Let's just say I just don't want to be a curmudgeon 100% of the time. Plus I'm a bit conflicted. I think teams take too lil' time in finding a coach, are too quick to fire them and end up stuck in that cycle. I don't want that either.

Now get 3 pints in me come July and I'll probably be a grumpy old man who knows everything and am the only one who can be trusted with coaching the team and... 🙂
