Free Kitten

[rabble-rabble]

On a short vacation over the weekend, my wife came
home with a stray female (at least we THINK it is female
it is very small) kitten which looks to be just a few weeks old.
Poor helpless thing was found crying
near an outdoor hot tub area and after several hours, it
became apparent that neither its mother, nor an owner was
going to come for it. My wife didn't
have the heart to leave it unprotected and likely to die
and brought it home.

The cat is mostly black, but it's nose, feet, and some of
it's underbelly are white. It's still tiny enough that I can
hold it in my palm and we are feeding it special milk designed
for kittens through a plastic syringe.

Problem is we already have 2 cats, (both of which were
also found abandoned as kittens, one of them
just last summer, shame on people who abandon
innocent and helpless creatures like this!)
and our household really can't absorb another
one and we would like to offer this one to someone
looking for a new pet who can offer it a nice home.

Poor thing. I'll see if there's anybody I know who could take it. I would in a heartbeat but my husband has severe allergies.

I wish I could but I'm already verging on crazy cat lady status and animal control has already given me a talking to about the law saying I can only have 2 cats in my house.. I have 5 living in my house and 3 others outside in my shed.

I hope she finds a home.
