What can we do?

What can we do to make this game outshine our normal output? The TV cameras will be there, we need to show the world that we have the best fans. Maybe I'm too late, but is there anything we can do?

I'll have my too many flags to hand out as usual. (by the way, if you are a season ticket holder, and will be sitting in E32 every week, I have some extra flags, and I'd love to give you one. You just have to promise to show up, and bring it, and use it, no other charge. PM me if you're interested.)

Cup has his four monstous flags as usual. He can only wave one...is there three other people who would like to volunteer to be in charge of the other flags he's not waving?

Flag etiquette...it's probably not a good idea to wave your flag while play is going on...but you don't have to limit your flag waving to goals only...anytime there is a break in the run of play...throw ins, corner kicks, goal kicks, substitutions, injuries....wave them.

anyway...what else can we do to make it special?

I can handle a flag for Cup. I will even run it up and down in front of the north stands at appropriate times.

Okay, you keep running yours whenever you see Cletus run. Then you can tell us whether or not he's keeping up his work rate. 😉

You can order different weather for the game. 🙁

I wouldn actually have to leave my seat to do this. Matter of fact, people might mistake me for a cRapids fan if I mimic my flag waving to Cleetus and his work rate. :dead:

I much prefer this weather than the 100 degrees that we have endured at all the other 2:00 pm games.

IF it actually rains during the game, it will be the first time it has ever actually rained at an RSL game!

What about the friendly match against Universidad Catolica last year? I think it rained during that game, didn't it?

I wasn't able to attend, so you're probably right and I am wrong.

Ummm... Season Opener last year? Duh. There were winds up to about 40 mph.

do you have those tablecloths again? i didn't get to see the game on tv when you brought those but i thought someone said they looked good. me and my wife will be there early today ... figure the earlier we are at the tailgate the more time the kids have to run out some energy, so come over and ask for a hand if you need help setting anything up. I'll take a flag, and if your kids don't want them i know my kids would love to wave the two mini hand held flags you have.
