to be honest, I watched the 10 best moments and it was....eh....not fantastic, not a "drop everything to watch" production.

the following day, the "road to germany" special. that was worth it. that one was on at the right time of 12:30pm mst. A lot of these emails you're sending look to be pre-emptive strikes to make sure he telecasts all the ABC matches.

When my mother was pregnant with me they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later they discovered that I had reabsorbed the other fetus. Do I regret this? No. I believe his tissue has made me stronger. I now have the strength of a grown man and a little baby.

This weekend, I had too many things to do (trying to get projects done to free up spare time for a month of non-stop soccer viewing), and wouldn't have been able to watch the pre-empted or rescheduled shows no matter when they were shown (or not shown), but I am disappointed (but not a bit surprised) to hear that Channel 4 is up to their old tricks. I emailed them before the WC final in 2002 asking them to please show the final live, then I wrote a very long letter expressing my disappointment after they chose to show infocommercials and indicated in the letter they should let their local advertisers know that I and many other fans chose to watch the
match LIVE on Univision instead of waiting for the tape delayed replay.

I don't think I have another 'polite' letter in me. Fortunately all the ABC broadcasts this time around are on the weekend and are at times/dates I can watch the match live so I can be ready to jump to Univision if the need arises.
