Maybe I can sell one of my three scarfs???? πŸ™„

Ummmm...... NO!!!!!

I've held back because I work swing shift and on Saturdays so it would be hard to attend any meetings or anything else and we will be sitting two sections south of everyone else!

No excuse, no excuse!

I'm still deciding. :o

We might be able to hold it at my place unless there are hundreds of us. I could probably fit about 10 people around my 65" big screen comfortably to watch the game. If there are more than that, I'm afraid my place might be too small.

Of course, I'll have to get approval from the wife. I don't think that she would have a problem with it though. She's pretty cool.

Let me know if this might work and I'll ask her.

There won't be hundreds of us, but there may be more than 10. I've been to meetings with about 25 or so, and once I was at a meeting with only 4 of us. Me, Loyal1, Dysko, and The Usual Shop. Hopefully there will be more than that! I assume you have Fox Soccer Channel?

Of course I have FSC. That's a silly question. πŸ™„

Well, if there are many more than 10, I'm afraid my place might not be big enough. I guess it might be helpful to actually find out how many are going to go. If we have 25 people, I can't imagine anybody's house being big enough to host that many. Unless LHM or Huntsman is a Loyalist and they haven't told us their secret identity yet.

I am willing to forego attendance to make sure you are not overloaded with bodies...
I would however like to attend if there is someone or somplace that is cool with us all!

My place is under refurbishment even so it would not be big enough for more than eight or ten at the most.

Can't any of the local sports/pubs be usable for this meeting?
Even in *shudder* Utah County?

:p

There is always the SkyBox in SLC. In Utah County there is Bleacher's which would gladly accomodate us, I'm sure, but that starts to become a long drive for people north of SLC. If we went to the SkyBox we'd have to try to get our own part, maybe the "stadium" where we had the expansion draft and MLS Cup party. The only thing is that our chants and meeting business need to be taken care of without bugging other paying customers who are there to watch nascar (*ok now I shuddered*)

How about this possibility: We get together at SkyBox or someplace and watch the game, then make a mass exodus to one of our meeting places for the business end of the meeting?

That sounds like a great idea. Just one question, where are the usual meeting places? (Sorry for the meeting newbie question. :o )

(no need to be sorry, we were all newbies at one time!) We have met a few times in the LDS institute building on the U of U campus, and I think a couple times at the RSL front office. I don't know if that will be available. It doesn't really matter that much where it is, as long as we can do our thang.
