Is it just me, or is Forko having his worst game of the season so far?

I would agree, he is struggling.

Regardless, RSL finally gets the late game luck/heroics and pulls off the 2-1 win!!!

I read somewhere else that RSL leads the league in second half goals. What does that mean? Conditioning? Persistence? What?

Amazing game!

Conditioning... they lead the league in goals in the last 15 minutes.

JC is labeled as a selfish player yet he is third in the league in assists.

Very rough sloppy start and a dubious penalty call, but RSL played better and better as the game went on. Second half we dominated. Andy made an agressive run near midfield to get open then a beautiful ball to Klein for the first goal, then in the late minutes, Jeff first makes a great cross to set up (Watson?) who is stopped at point blank range and while I am in disbelief that we didn't score, Jeff calmly gets the rebound and makes another great cross to Talley who buries it for the winner. Then RSL did a good job closing the last few minutes, doing the things they failed to do a few times in July. Even Ellinger had the sense to make a sub to burn a few more seconds.

Great win. One thing I really liked is after we had the penalty called against us, instead of sitting around feeling sorry for themselves, the team took charge and took care of business which is what winners do. They don't worry about the refs, they just go out and do what they can to win.

What kills me is that if this were a single-table league, we'd be sixth. SIXTH!
