If he does it would be a shame. Talley's strike was much better. Dero got lucky that Thornton did a terrible job with that. His shot was totally saveable. It's almost as much Thornton's screwup as it is Dero's shot.

Talley's shot on the other hand might have been a few yards closer, but that was a rocket right into the corner with GK having zero chance at stopping that.

It will be a shame if a fluke goal that is a curiosity because it doesn't happen often wins out over a perfect strike just because it is 15 yards farther away.

That was pretty sweet, but I'd say Talley's should edge it out - but probably won't.

The problem Talley will have with his goal is taht , well, it's Talley scoring it. He's not a soccer-sexy as DeRo.

Talley's was a better goal.

I really liked the backstory with Talley's goal too. He was on the sidelines, getting looked at by medical staff 30 seconds earlier!
