I think I and some friends are going to roadtrip it out to LA for this game. Is anyone else going? There is also a Galazy v FCD game the day before. It could be a fun weekend....... Anyone else going???

Anyone hear more on this? Scholesy mentioned on the radio that 30 or 40 fans were going. Anyone know where we should request tickets if we want to go?

lol...

30-40 fans? Not even close. I only know of 2. And no one here has replied to this thread so I doubt many are going. Too bad, it might be fun.

Actually I know of 28 friends of mine that are going and then I know that there is always a group of about 8 or 9 that live in LA that attend everytime.

I assumed there will be a few that will drive, so yeah, 30-40. Unless that is you know eevryone in the world?

Do you know where all these people will be sitting? On BS, a couple people are wondering what section we should request for our tickets. It'd be a nice statement for the team if all the RSL fans there were in one place to create a more powerful cheering section than a couple people in each area of the giant stadium.

I believe behind the north goal is GA. If you get there early you could stake out a decent area in the front few rows. I was also told by a reliable source that the upper deck provides a great view and you can get pretty loud with the roof right above you.

I have conflicts and can't make it but boy is it tempting to blow off committments!

On the phone, the FO told my sister that a group of Loyalists is taking a bus up. This doesn't seem to be true, since no one has mentioned it here. The ticket guy wasn't there to tell her about sections people are sitting in or any of the like. On Big Soccer, I recently suggested that a member of each group going out should exchange info with one another so if we end up in a GA section, we can all group together.

I was gonna go down.. I even had tickets... but in the end i could not get enough people interested to make it a relatively inexpensive trip... at least not inexpensive enough for me...

I am still interested in going... if there are three or four others that want to carpool and split the cost I can definitely go...

Since I've been on both threads, I'm just posting this at both...

It looks like my group is going to fly. Sorry Deuce...

FYI, the guy at the FO said that we can call the Chivas FO and ask to sit in the RSL supporter's section. If anyone does this, please let me know where so that I can make sure they give me the same set of seats when I order tickets from them. (If I order first, I will post.)
