I have never been there. Would most definately like to visit someday. My family originates from Lancashire County. (I believe that is near Manchester, am I correct?) They came to the US in the mid-1800's.

Yes Manchester is on the border with Lancashire, I live 6 miles north of Manchester in a town called Bury which is situated in Lancashire. If anyone is in the UK, visiting Manchester is a must do, its just been named the "second city" behind London, after the people of England voted it above Birmingham.
