The 2 criteria I had for Kreis was to see new faces and take mroe shots. We saw new faces in the line up and there were a few more shots, but not as many as I would like. I was happy to see Brown back. He has been scoring goals in the reserves so it made sense to bring him in.

Not a bad start for a new coach.

Chris Brown?

Reyna still has it.

As soon as Angel gets used to the Meadowlands fieldturf, the Red Bras will be even more dangerous.

Nobody has talked about the improved tactics in pressuring the opposing back line and keeper when the other team has possession. Everyone used to always retreat to midfield. It was great to see 3 guys up there keeping the heat on.

I listened to the post game show on AM 700 when Dunny was talking about being COMMITTED to taking shots and actually scoring, having more guys up there to help get the ball into the net, and I totally agree with him, but I'm no expert, so what do you guys think?

I was always taught that you need to have someone make a run to near post, far post and to the penalty spot. It's sad how many times Freddy sent in a cross last week that was right where it needed to be and nobody was making a run into the box.

Yes. That's another of my pet peaves! It seems like the wingers make a good run and a good cross, but there is hardly ever anyone there to take advantage of it. Hopefully, this is another area of improvement.
