I believe that refers to local stations you can pick up on an antenna without needing any cable or dish... they are Network television because they are usually all affiliates of a major Network: Channel 2 is NBC, Channel 4 is ABC, and Channel 5 is CBS.

I hope that helps, and I hope I don't have NBC and CBS mixed up, I have been confused ever since they switched programming back in the 90s.

Network means ABC (4), CBS(2), NBC(KSL, 5) or Fox(13)... So that being said take your guess as to who will be broadcasting it...
