👍 Mfls?!?!?!

Are we doing the www.mfls.com again this year as we did the last few years with the Blitzz FC tie in? Of course now it can be the Real Salt Lake SC tie in. I thought it was pretty fun. They also have a prediction league tied into it. I think Loyal1 was the one that set it up last year. Loyal1 can you set this up again? Thanks in advance.

Anyway, I would like to play.

Any takers?!?!?! 🙂

For those that have not participated the previous years this is a fantasy soccer league.

I was going to set it up but someone beat me to it. I can't recall their name right now. There were about 5 people already in the division.

I am working on the balance right now of annoying my wife with fantasy soccer talk and beating the pants off of all of you guys :D

Go to MFLS.com and create a team then look for the RSL division to join 😎

Lets say you are new to this MFLS thing and you don't really know how to det up a team... Any advice?

Specifically I have never played in a Salary Cap fantasy league... how do you set up your team in order to avoid serious cap issues? Do you want to stay a cartain amount under the cap to start? How much does a players (on your team) transfer fee effect your cap issues later in the season?

Any help would be appreciated?

For anyone who wondered, I am Bubba's FC

Don't worry about the cap, just make sure you have players that
#1-score/produce a lot
#2-watch for injured or called-up players.

For instance, Davy Arnuad is great since he plays forward a lot but is listed as a midfielder.

Also, Anton Razov can produce but he is often injured thus he is non-contributor.

Its all about the stats.

I'm the Despots BTW! 🙂

Sounds great! Now I just have to figure out a new name since the last one (AF Birdies FC) dealt with the city I lived in at that time. Now that I moved I don't think it would be appropriate.

I hope more people join in.

Good luck to all of you. You're going to need it! 😉
