Wednesday, April 13th, 6:00-10:00pm: "Game of Their Lives" movie premiere
All players and families are welcome to be a part of this red carpet event! Because of you and RSL, Salt Lake City was chosen as one of the select cities to premiere "Game of Their Lives" at the Megaplex 12 at the Gateway. We will start out at the RSL Office and escort you and your families to the theatre located at the Gateway Mall where paparazzi and fans will be awaiting your anticipated arrival! Between 6:15-7:00pm, you'll walk the red carpet for photos, interviews, and autographs. At 7pm, the movie will debut for only you and your family, RSL staff, and the VIPs of Salt Lake City. This is a must come event! The premiere is mandatory for all players and coaching staff.

Is it just me or is there a whole day(Thursday) missing in that Real Week Schedule?

This next week is going to be great! I can't wait.

I read that the last two items (the movie and pep rally) were directed at the players. Am I reading that right?

If I sent an email to him through his username here he should get it, right? Is there any way to make sure that we got our names in?

Yes, the link they posted with the real week stuff appeared to be speaking to players. It's hilarious really when you think of it. When they say, "This is a must come event!" you think it's just media hype. Then the next sentence (to the player): "The premiere is mandatory for players and coaching staff." Meaning: "It'll be great. Really. It's exciting. Have I convinced you yet? Too bad. You're required to be there whether you want to be or not."

It would seem so! as both you and Montgjules have pointed out but it does seem very peculiar to word the article in such a way!
I am at a loss! It really is confusing. I hope we can get some clarification on it so we (the Loyalists) don't screw up the PEP Rally or the Premiere, by not being on the ball!

They definitely didn't do a very good job of being clear. You would think that it would be aimed at the people that would be reading it, the fans. It could have been worded much better. I wonder if they released the wrong thing to the website?

I was at the "Saints and Soldiers" premiere because I was a soldier in it. It was so glamorous: We all showed up and waited in a line. Then we went into the theater and watched the movie!

I think the red carpet and paparazzi was a joke. I do hope they are showing it in the gigantic theater there at the megaplex, they have this one gigantic one where S & S was shown.

We had over 100 rsvp.

The dress code is red, always red.
Loyalist shirt
Real gear

Community Relations may get the tickets to me ahead of time or we may just use the list I compiled.

Go and make it an event.
