I just talked to a buddy of Seth Trembly's yesterday. He hadn't spoken with him for a while but he said that when RSL started up Seth wanted to come play here (He might be from around here somewhere or something). I informed him that the Rapids had dropped Seth and he wasn't aware of that. I'll see if I can track down this dude again and get some more info.

I think it goes without saying that this story led to lots of comments along the lines of "Seth Trembly is the Colorado Rapids player who is most likely to score this weekend."

Yes, I do realize that my endless "Back in my day, we had it rough. We had to walk uphill in the snow to the Rose Bowl" stories are very annoying.

But you never forget about a guy missing a game to go to the Prom.

I had forgotten about that story.

I think Trembly is about the age of Countess, Beasley, & Diveagain.

Hopefully he will benefit from a change of scenery.

Yes. Kids today just don't know how tough we had it. We had to shoo the Wooly Mammoths off the field before the Galaxy could kick off.

Maybe Seth Trembly or Jordan Cila/2005 RSL = Ante Razov/1998 Chicago Fire?
