As I sat with coffee in hand trying to stay awake through the DC United vs. KC Whiz game I realized one thing. Man are we lucky to have coach E. and his brand of socer to watch. The DCU vs. KCW game was unwatchable. It was like the players were afraid of getting red carded if they actually approached the goal mouth on the offensive end.

I slept through most of that match too (not that it takes a lot to put me to sleep but I digress...).

You know it's bad when Waldo, of all people, accuses the teams of not showing up until the 88th minute.

Thats a little harsh. At least in respect from Peter Nowak. He is a good coach that really does want his team to press. They just came out flat on Saturday.
KC and Gansler, on the other hand, always play that way.
(Unless they are spanking Dallas or something).
