June 4 tailgating

I know it's been talked about in other threads, but I thought one with the title so those scanning can get cought up.

So the tailgate will be in the same spot as always, and Sams Army will be helpin whoop it up.

What time? And is it a cash donation for grilled items or is that too much for one person, and should folks bring your own?

Not that I'm a tailgate regular, but Ill be in on this one. I'm not going to wait for those "fans/friends" of mine who always say they will be over early enough to party, and end up making us all late to the game because they dont. I cuttin the ties, and findin those who do know how to take a pre-game seriously.

Last I heard, it was bring own food and drink. I just found out as well, I'll be bringing 3 8 foot tables plus a 50 foot x 25 foot American Flag. The type they have flying at Reams..... oh yeah... the towable grill as well.

Food will be available first-come, first-served. Be late at your own risk. Tables and grills needed.

Is the Grillmaster in charge of this one, too?

The big flag will take some coordination to unroll properly. I'll volunteer to help if you would like me to. Last week I was on big flag duty at the USA/England match. It will be awesome to have in our section as well as one in the Sam's section!

I'll hopefully be there early with something special. (It's a surprise) First come, first served until it runs out. (No fair revealing what it is if you already know)

That would be great. I was trying to imagine it working. I'm sure we don't want to look bad on ESPN with a flag which is not unrolled all the way. I picture it being laid out on the 1st row of 32 - 35. Whatever 50 feet is? I'm assuming with the weight and time to get it rolled out and put back that we'll only do it during the opening. I don't think it would be feasible to do it after a goal.

I'm trying to get my family to come to this, so would need the details as well. Food provided? How much ($)? What time exactly? Stuff like that. Was this info in the latest Loyalists email? If so, I can't remember seeing it.
