I love the flags, and I love the fact that we already have so many in our stadium. But at the same time let's remember flag etiquette and only wave them at times when there is no game to block - before the game starts, after goals, at halftime, after the game. I love the flags but I wouldn't want to miss any of the game either.

My mom found a site that was giving away free American flags, all you had to do was pay shipping. So hopefully they will arrive before Saturday, if they do then we'll have 5 3x5 flags (and it only cost us about $20). I don't know if anyone wants to use one or not.

Jake, when you watched soccer games in italy maybe at lo Stadio Olimpico did you really go to actually see the game?

The ultra' really dont care about seeing the game..in most casses they cant even see the field with all the chaos... They are there to send their voice to the team and incite them..

I stil agree with you but thisnk about that

Interessante quello che dici, fuzzy.

I never sat in the curva sud (that's where the Roma ultras sit btw), but there were flags all over the stadium, and they did what I am describing above. Though I do think for a lot of the game even the ultras were watching the game.

When we get Stadio Olimpico sized crowds, where every section is as loud as the Loyalists, then we can start up sections of ultras who are more like they are for Roma. For now though I think we are doing a good job.

We need a few hundred more flags in the stadium before we really need to worry about that.

Or I'll just make three Tri-color flags more or less like this

Who wants them, and which do you like best?

No takers then?

I'll take one, and I like the red/blue one best.

I'm hanging a banner over the front of e30 for the USa match, one of those would be cool there as well!

I'll take one until I get my own made.
