Did anyone get a picture of 'Chelo's reaction when we started singing "Stand up if you hate the Rapids"?

But even if we aren't officially tailgating, a few of us will show up there before the game anyway. I get off work at 5 and plan on heading up there so I'll be there hanging out before the game. Stop by and hang out with us.
I'm planning on bringing the meat unless I hear otherwise. What time are we looking at, 5:00? If we don't have grills, and the sun is out, perhaps we can lay out some foil and cook the burgers on the tar-based parking lot like back in Boy Scouts! Or we can go with an exotic steak tar-tar instead! :D

I don't think I'm going to make it and I think I have all the buns. Are there more out there or do we need to make arrangements for someone to grab them on their way? I'm still trying to convince my wife I should go as there's not another home game for 2 weeks. I'll just have to forego Iggys... and I was so looking forward to the nachos.

Just so I'm clear: It's at 5:00 PM on the grassy area near the west parking lot and I need to bring $2. Right?

Right. Give or take a few minutes.

The official word from Mr. Tailgate is bring your own food. No car-b-que, no food. Just a gathering of fans. I couldn't get Glenn to confirm or deny, so that's the most official word I got and that's what is going in the newsletter.

Typically we've tailgated every Saturday match, but just sort of "hung out" on mid-week matches. If I can get away, I'll try to be there a bit early this week just to chat.
