My team rocked. We were even undefeated for a few seasons.

Never played soccer. I did play american football, HB and LB and wrestled.

When my mother was pregnant with me they did an ultrasound and found she was having twins. When they did another ultrasound a few weeks later they discovered that I had reabsorbed the other fetus. Do I regret this? No. I believe his tissue has made me stronger. I now have the strength of a grown man and a little baby. | |||||

Never played competitively. During my 6 or 7 years of rec I played about every position on the field with the exception of keeper. My stint as left FW was a short but glorious one - I scored my one and only goal at that position when a corner kick accidentally glanced off my forehead and into the goal!!!

I also played indoor for a few years. I didn't like it as much.

My brothers and I played soccer because our school was too small to have football. Ha!

I have never actually played except as a part of a college PE class and elementary 30 on 30 soccer.

I played right defender. Tried out for Sparta and high school (Brighton), never made either, so I ended up playing on a AA team. It was awesome...

I played a pick up game when I was in Brazil. It was a pick up game between 11 American and 11 Brazilians and we were playing Futbol de Salao (football on a hard surface). The Brazilians wouldn't pass to each other and were all trying to get the glory. Because of their lack of team play and our generosity we came away victorios. What was even more amazing is that the Brazilians had two professional players on their team, Jose Pontalti and Alves (I can't remember his first name). Needless to say they were embarrassed quite badly. Also during this game I had a ball kicked into my groin. That was the last time I've played. 🙂

I played mainly center back with a bit of right back in the mix in high school and also when I have played afterward. I find it a bit funny how many of us played in the back. I wonder what that means...
